Ingredents
Marwai/Clam 1kg
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Garlic 4
Oil 3tbsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Sukka Masala 4tbsp
Coconut 1cup
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Pepper 1/2tsp
Tamarind pulp 2tbsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves for garnish

Method
- Heat oil in the kadai 
- Add Jeera
- Fry onion, tomato & salt as per taste
- Add cleaned Marvai/Clams
- Close lid and cook for 10mins
- Prepared masala by grinding coconut, garlic & Sukka Masala powder
- Add masala to clams
- Add turmeric,pepper & tamarind pulp
- Mix Well
- Let it cook for 10-15min
- Add chopped coriander leaves
Enjoy with rice/dosa.
