           RAVA IS MADE UP OF GRINDING HUSKED WHEAT . OTHER NAME FOR RAVA IS SUJI & SEMOLINA. IT IS GOOD SOURCE OF       PROTEIN, CARBS AND LOW IN FAT & CALORIES  CONTENT.

               INGREDIENTS
 
               DRY INGREDIENTS                      

             1 CUP RAGI FLOUR
             1/2 CUP RAWA
             1/2 CUP MILK POWDER
             1CUP POWDER SUGAR
             1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
             1/4 TSP BAKING SODA
             1 TBSP COCOA POWDER

              WET INGREDIENTS

             1/2 CUP OIL
             1/2 CUP MILK
             1/2  CUP CURD 
             1/2 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE

        METHOD
            
  MIX SUGAR, OIL, AND CURD WITH HAND BEATER OR ELECTRIC BEATER.  AFTER SUGAR MELTS, AND MILK AND ESSENCE AND THEN SIEVE THE DRY INGREDIENTS INTO BATTER. 
      BAKE AT 180 DEGREE CELSIUS FOR 30-35 MINUTES IN PRE-HEATED OVEN OR 25-30MINUTES IN COOKER.

  GANAHE 

          INGREDENTS 
              
          1 CUP HEAVY CREAM 
          50gm CHOCOLATE
          1TBSP COCOA POWDER

        METHOD

           MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS & HEAT IT IN THE  LOW FLAME TILL IT BECOMES  THICK, TO CHECK THE CORRECT CONSISTENCE DIP IN THE SPOON IF BACK SIDE OF THE SPOON IS COVERED WITH SMOOTH CHOCOLATE THEN ITS IS PERFECT CONSISTENCE.

     APPLY  CHOCOLATE GANACHE ALL OVER THE CAKE & DECORATE WITH NUTS.
