Chicken Keema Pav | Chicken Kheem | Chicken Qeema
*Ingredients
Chicken Minced 1/2kg
Onion 3
Tomato 2
Ginger garlic paste 1/2tbsp
Chilli powder 2tbsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Oil 3tbsp
Cumin Coriander powder 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Lemon 1/2
Coriander leaves 1cup
Whole Spices few
Salt as per taste
*Method
- Mince the chicken
- Heat wok add oil
- Fry whole spices, onion, tomato, ginger garlicarlic Paste & all the spices
- Add minced chicken
- Salt as per taste
- Add 1/2cup water
- close lid and cook for 10min
- Add chopped coriander leaves 1cup
- Add lemon juice
- Lightly toast pav in butter.
- Serve with onion & lemon.
