*Ingredients To Boil
Mangalore Cucumber 1/2
(Sauthekayi)
Onion 1/2
Tomato 1
Salt as per taste
Jaggery as per taste
*Ingredients To Grind
Dry Red Chilli 10
Onion 1/2
Tamarind lemon size
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Coriander seeds 1tbsp
Cumin 1/2tsp
Mustard 1/2tsp
Coconut 1/2cup
Garlic 5-6
Curry leaves few
*For seasoning
Oil 2tbsp
Mustard 1tsp
Curry leaves few
Hing 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli 2
*Garnishing
Coriander leaves few

*Method
*Boil water in a vessel add salt and chopped Sauthekayi , onion and tomato. Let it cook for 10-15min until veggies are soft.
*Grind all the masala into fine paste.
*Add grinded masala into the cooked veggies.
*Add jaggery
*Let it boil
* Add seasoning
* Garnish with chopped coriander
*Serve with rice,dosa, idle, chapathi,etc.
