Wheat Payasam | Godi Payasa

INGREDIENTS
Wheat 1cup
Jaggery 250gm
Coconut milk 2cup
Ghee 3tbsp
Cashew nuts 25gm
Raisins 25gm
Cardamom powder 1/2tsp

Method
- Soak wheat atleast for 1hr
- Corsley grind the wheat
- Pressure cook 2-3whisle
- Add Jaggery let it melt
- Add 2nd extract of coconut milk 
- Let it boil
- Add 1st extract of coconut milk
- Let it boil
- Fry cashew raisins in ghee
- Add it to Payasam
- Add cardamom powder
Ready to Enjoy
