*INGREDIENTS
Basale/Malabar Spinach
Marwai/Clams 1/2kg
Dry Red chilli Long 4
Dry red chilli short 6
Coriander seeds 2tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2tbsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Methi+Pepper 1/2tsp
Garlic 4
Onion 1
Grated Coconut 2cup
Brinjal small 2
Tomato 1
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Tamarind pulp 1/2tbsp
Salt as per taste

- Clean the Basale & seperate steam & leaves
- Clean clams & keep it ready
- Into cooker add basale, brinjal, onion1/2, tomato & salt as per taste cook for 3 whistle.
- Grind the masala into fine paste (Dry Red chilli Long,Dry red chilli short,Coriander seeds,Mustardseeds,Cuminseeds,Methi+Pepper,Garlic,Onion1/2,Grated Coconut)
- Add grinded masala into the cooker
- Add clams / marwai
- Mix well
- Close lid and cook for 10mins
