                DUM KA MURGH

A popular Hyderabadi dish dum ka chicken,is a very rich, aromatic & flavourful dish.

Dum Ka Murgh

*Ingredients
Chicken 1kg
Curd 1cup
Onion 2
Chilli powder 2tbsp
Coriander+Cumin powder 1tbsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Coconut 1cup
Cashew nuts 10
Green chilli 2
Coriander leaves few
Ghee 4tbsp
Oil 2tbsp 
Salt as per taste

- Dry Roast Cashew nuts and coconut till golden brown
- Add little water and grind to fine paste
- Slice onion and crisp fry the onion
- Combine all the ingredients and marinate the chicken
- Marinate the chicken overnight or atleast 3 hrs in refrigerator
- Heat a kadai add 2tbsp oil and 2tbsp ghee
- Add marinated chicken
- Cook in low flame for 10mins
- After 10min place a pan under kadai & dum cook for 20mins
- Enjoy with ghee rice or paratha
