INGREDIENTS

For Marination

Fish 1kg

Red chilli powder 11/2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp

Turmeric powder 1/2tsp

Lemon juice 1/2

For Grinding

Dry red chilli 10

Coriander seeds 1tbsp

Jeera 1/4tsp

Garlic 3

Onion 1

Tomato 1

Fenugreek seeds 1/4tsp

Pepper 1/4tsp

Tamarind small lemon size

For Frying

Oil 8tbsp

Curry leaves 7-8

Coriander leaves for Garnish

Salt as per taste

- Clean the fish
- Mix all the marination ingredients add little water and make a paste
- Marinate the fish (30mins)
- Dry Roast grinding ingredients
- Let it cooldown
- Transfer into grinder add water & make fine paste
- Heat the kadai add 3tbsp add curry leaves
- Add grinded masala fry the masala until aromatic and thick
- In other pan fry the Marinated fish
- Add the fish into masala
- Roast for 5 mins both the side
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Enjoy Masala Fish Fry
