 Kori Pulimunchi is a traditional dish of Tulunadu. Name of the dish itself discribes it's ingredients. Kori- Chicken, puli- tamarind & munchi - chilli so it's tangy & spicy chicken cravy. It goes well with dosa ,idle,rice,etc.

Ingredients
Chicken 1kg
Dry Red Chillies
long 20 , short 5
Coriander seeds 3tbsp
Cumin 1tbsp
Fenugreek seeds 1/2tsp
Pepper 1/2tsp
Garlic cloves 5
Ginger 2"
Oil 2tbsp
Onion 2
Tomato 1
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Tamarind small lemon size
Few Whole spices (cloves2, cinnamon1, cardamom 1" and star anise 1)
Cashew nuts 50gm
Curry leaves 4stem
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method
- Dry roast Dry Red Chillies,Coriander seeds,Cumin,Fenugreek seed,Pepper,Garlic,Ginger,Cashew nuts,Curry leaves 2stem
- Let it cooldown
- Add Tamarind , whole spices& little water and grind to fine paste
- In a cooker heat oil add curry leaves 2stem, onion & tomato
- Add chicken , turmeric powder  &salt as per taste
- Cook 3 whistle
- After whistle is released add masala paste
- Add little water and let it boil
- Add coriander leaves
Chicken Pulimunchi is ready
