Chicken Manchurian Gravy


    Chicken Manchurian is an extremely popular starter recipe that is loved by all age groups. Chicken Manchurian is cooled by deep-frying the chicken pieces  tossing them in a sweet & spicy manchurian sauce. Do try this simple recipe and serve it as a hot for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
For Marination
Chicken 1kg
Egg 1
Corn flour 4tbsp
Pepper powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
GG paste 1tbsp
Soya sauce 2tbsp
Chilli sauce 1tbsp
Salt as per taste
For Gravy
Ginger garlic crushed
Onion 1
Capsicum 1
Soya sauce 3tbsp
Red chilli sauce 2tbsp
Green chilli sauce 2tbsp
Tomato sauce 2tbsp
Vinager 1tbsp
Corn flour 1tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste

- Mix all the Marination ingredients and marinate for 30mins
- Heat oil & fry the chicken
- Heat a kadai add 2tbsp oil
- Add crushed Garlic Ginger
- Add onion and capsicum
- Saute for few minutes
- Add add all the sauce and vinager
- Add corn flour slurry (mix 1tbsp corn flour in 1/2cup water)
- Add 1.5cup water and let it boil
- Add chicken & mix well
- Close & cook for 10mins
- Sweet & spicy Chicken Manchurian is ready to serve.
