INGREDIENTS
Mutton 1kg
Onion 4
Tomato 3
Curry Leaves Few
Ghee 2tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Coconut 2cups
Garlic 6
Coriander leaves

Masala Ingredients
Dry chilli long 15
Dry chilli small 10
Coriander seeds 1/2cup
cumin 1tsp
Black cumin 1tsp
Fennel seed 1/2tsp
Fenugreek seed 1/2tsp
Pepper 1/2tsp
Cinnamon 1"
Cardamon 2
clove 4
star anis 1
Bay leaves 2

MethodClick
- Heat cooker add 2tbsp ghee
- Add onion & fry until translucent
- Add tomato & fry until soft
- Add ginger garlic paste saute
- Add cleaned mutton & saute for 2mins
- Add water & close the lid
- Cook for 5 whistle
- Prepare sukka masala
- Dry roast all the masala ingredients for 5-10mins or until aromatic
- Let it cooldown & then grind into fine powder
- Dry roast grated coconut & garlic
- After cooker pressure is removed open the cooker
- Add 4tbsp of sukka masala mix well
- Add dry roasted coconut
- Mix well & let it cook for 10mins
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Enjoy Mutton Sukka With Neerdosa, Appam or Rice
