Ingredients
For Marination
Curd 1cup
Chilli powder 2tbsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Green Chilli 4
Mix Veg 2Cup
Coriander & Mint Leaves 1/2 cup
Fried Onions 1/2cup
Salt as per taste
For Cooking
Rice 2cup
Ghee 3tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Bay leaves 2
Cardamom 2
Cinnamon 2"
Cloves 4
Salt to taste
For Garnish
Fried Onion 2-3tbsp
Ghee 2tbsp
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
Pinch of Chilli Powder
Pinch of Garam Masala
Coriander leaves
Pudina leaves

* Mix all the marination ingredients
* Marinate for 30mins
* Heat water in a vessel
* Add washed basmati rice & salt as per taste
* Mix & let it boil
* Once it boils reduce the flame and cook for 10mins.
* Drain the water
* Heat a biriyani vessel
* Add ghee, ginger garlic paste & add marinated vegetables
* Salute & add half a cup water
* Close & cook for 15mins
* Add cooked rice
* Garnish with fried onions, coriander leaves,mint leaves and sprinkle red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder & ghee.
* Close the lid and keep for dum(10mins)
* Enjoy with raita.
