Curry Leaf Chicken Roast
There are quite a few recipes where the curry leaf is a star ingredient. Today's recipe is one such item where curry leaves play a key role. This dish is one of the easiest & tastiest chicken starters.

INGREDIENTS
*For Marination
Chicken 1kg
Soya Sauce 4tbsp
Pepper Powder 4tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1tbsp
Oil 3tbsp
Salt as per taste
*For Roast
Curry leaves 6stems
Oil 3tbsp
Method Video
- In a bowl mix all the Marination ingredients
- Marinate for 20-30min
- Heat oil in a kadai
- Add curry leaves
- Saute for a minute
- Add marinated chicken
- Close lid and Cook in high flame for 20mins
- Open lid & cook until water dries keep stirring occasionally
- Let it get roasted (don't burn keep stirring)
